We are seeking a Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Imperial Medical Clinic.

As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic by providing administrative support and coordinating various tasks.

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position working 35-40 hours per week.
  • You will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, and must have excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for patient records.
  • Order medical supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets for review and analysis.
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
