Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Olive Tree Medical Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to medical staff, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and preparing medical reports.
  • Manage the clinic's filing system, ensuring that all patient records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that the clinic is well-stocked at all times.
  • Train staff in procedures and software, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent patient care.
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records, ensuring that patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
