Enterprise Sales Strategist

At Finastra, we are seeking an experienced CORPORATE SALES MANAGER to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with our clients.
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our dynamic team at Finastra. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership;
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
