Brandt is a leading provider of material handling solutions, seeking an experienced Lead Sales Strategist to drive sales growth and profitability in our Material Handling division.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead our sales team in achieving market share goals. As a Lead Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing inventory levels, and building lasting relationships with customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales growth and profitability targets by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed market share goals
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure the right mix of products is available to meet customer demand
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, focusing on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Assist in the management of branch account receivables and provide feedback on future opportunities and competitive pressures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years' direct work experience in a sales management capacity, preferably in the heavy equipment industry
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers
  • Confident decision-making skills regarding financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting
  • High level of critical thinking, analysis, and reasoning
  • Ability to travel as needed

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
