We're seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Operations Strategist to join our Canadian commercial organization. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
Job Description
The Global Sales Operations Strategist will oversee commercial, operational, and customer strategy within the region. Reporting to the General Manager, this role is designed to support sales leadership in driving operational excellence, analyzing sales performance, and implementing strategies that increase sales productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience & Enablement
- Implement scalable sales processes aligned with company objectives.
- Evaluate and improve sales workflows and procedures.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on sales data.
- Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies.
- Partner with Marketing to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Product teams to ensure sales has necessary tools and training.
- Develop and deliver sales training programs.
- Implement best practices in sales operations.
- Lead special projects aimed at improving overall sales efficiency.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
