Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development and Sales Strategist to join our team at Hubstaff. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for generating new business leads through various channels.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Develop strategic communication plans to target potential clients.
  • Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience with cold calling and research techniques.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and experience using Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
