Your Role and Responsibilities
This position reports to Business Manager - EML North America. As a key member of the EML management team, you will develop and define product roadmaps for your dedicated region, contributing directly to the growth of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth and profitability through establishing product strategic plans for each product category, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Work closely with R&D to propose and evaluate product feasibility projects and roadmaps for new Emergency Lighting products and services.
- Monitor revenues and sales trends, communicate with cross-functional manufacturing teams, and forecasted fluctuations to meet customer needs while ensuring profitable levels of inventory.
- Ensure set KPIs are reached on the life cycle of Emergency Lighting products and services.
