We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Dorval. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our sales functions.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic company in the food industry, where you will have the chance to utilize your skills and experience to drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer relations skills, bilingualism (English and French), and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in administrative support. Additionally, knowledge of the food industry is an asset, but not required.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $52,500 per year, based on industry standards and the location of Dorval. This figure may vary depending on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications.

As a Sales and Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to the sales team
  • FOLLOWING UP ON CUSTOMER EMAILS, PHONE CALLS AND INQUIRIES
  • Performing and completing various reports and monitoring tables, including sales reports, budgets, and sales analyses
  • Coordinating and preparing all administrative files for major chains with clients
  • COORDINATING WITH SALES REPRESENTATIVES AND REGIONAL SALES MANAGER TO ENSURE PROPER DISTRIBUTOR STRATEGY BEFORE ISSUING PRICING
  • Setting prices, providing contracts and proposals to customers when required
  • FOLLOWING ON OPEN AND OR OUTSTANDING QUOTATIONS WITH SALESPERSONS AND CUSTOMERS TO DETERMINE STATUS
  • KEEPING RECORDS OF CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS AND TRANSACTIONS
  • PROVIDING DELIVERY INFORMATION AT QUOTATION STAGE
  • Maintaining compliance with deadlines for special tasks and projects
  • MANAGING DATABASES BETWEEN VARIOUS
  • Performing sales analyses related to our customers or products
  • TRANSLATING VARIOUS SALES DOCUMENTS AS NEEDED
  • Proceeding to the invoicing of orders
  • Preparing meetings such as the coordination of sales meetings (agenda and report)
  • Performing other tasks as needed by the sales department
