Key Responsibilities:

  2. Coordinate all information in the training database, including setting up and managing Enercare's Learning Management System (LMS).">
  3. Schedule courses, prepare training notices, and follow up on course evaluations.">
  4. Monitor new employee onboardings, ensure they are set up for online training, and scheduled for mandatory and technical training.">
  5. Create, update, and coordinate Outlook Training Calendars and Learning Management Systems.">
  6. Execute reports on training statistics as required.">
  7. Manage levels of training supplies and place orders as needed.">
  8. Provide administrative support to various departments as required.">
  9. Extract and manage customer service history and provide accurate information related to TSSA incidents and inquiries.">
  10. Track and submit Franchisee and Contractor monthly charges.">

Requirements:

  • Secondary school education or equivalent.">
  • Training background would be an asset.">
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.">

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
