Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Boutique Manager to lead our Vacheron Constantin boutique in Yorkdale Mall, Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing strategies to optimize boutique performance, and ensuring exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance and Strategy
    • Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the corporate team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients to drive sales and loyalty.
    • Develop and execute client engagement strategies to increase sales and retention.
  • Team Management and Development
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional client service.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Boutique Operations and Administration
    • Oversee and manage boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with a proven track record of sales growth and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
