Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Promotion
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and promote the Delvaux brand in the market.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including top clients and VIPs.
    • Ensure that the store atmosphere and visual merchandising align with the Delvaux brand image.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement business plans to drive traffic to the store and grow the customer base.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on local market trends and competitor activity.
    • Make recommendations for store renovations and upgrades to increase sales and market share.
  • Sales Management
    • Lead and motivate sales associates to meet sales and productivity goals.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to sales associates to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
    • Proactively manage the clienteling function in the store.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in the luxury retail industry.
    • Coach and develop sales staff and management to build a high-performance culture.
    • Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies.
  • Operations
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
    • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly business reports to the CEO.
    • Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to all customers.
    • Support sales associates with after-sales service issues.
  • Store Visuals
    • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store condition.
    • Work with local freelancers to achieve visual merchandising goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of successful experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail industry.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in people management and coaching a team to build a high-performance culture.
  • Operationally strong with the ability to translate strategies into operational plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Commercially minded with an extensive understanding of the luxury market and a strong background in client development and recruitment.
