How will you make an impact?

The Boutique Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the retail strategy of the boutique, inspiring and guiding the team to deliver outstanding service while achieving or surpassing sales objectives. This position embodies an entrepreneurial spirit, overseeing both daily operations and long-term planning to ensure the boutique's culture aligns with that of the Maison.

Drive Retail Strategies for Revenue Growth:

Initiate and spearhead activities aimed at enhancing sales to new, returning, and VIP clientele. Collaborate with the Retail Director to formulate boutique action plans. Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Lead and Develop the Boutique Team:

Evaluate team needs and provide necessary support. Facilitate training on Maison history, policies, and product knowledge. Organize team schedules to ensure optimal coverage based on business requirements. Establish clear KPIs and inspire the team to achieve their objectives. Ensure timely processing of payroll and commissions in accordance with company policies.

Oversee Boutique Operations:

Ensure the safety and well-being of the team, clients, and products by adhering to all safety and security protocols. Follow financial guidelines in line with company procedures and ensure team compliance. Respond to reporting requests as necessary. Ensure adherence to visual merchandising policies as per HQ and VM manager guidelines.

Focus on Client Acquisition and Development:

Ensure team members are consistently building new client relationships and meeting their acquisition and development KPIs. Maintain VIP client relationships and collaborate with corporate to enhance these connections. Foster loyalty by guiding clients through personalized customer journeys. Work with team members to effectively utilize available CRM tools. Participate in client events and trips to the manufacturer when appropriate.

Cultivate Community and Business Relationships:

Build strong relationships within the local community. Collaborate closely with mall or neighborhood partners. Provide insights on competition and traffic understanding.

What about you?

7-10 years of management experience, particularly in luxury retail. Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented skills. Excellent leadership and customer service abilities. Self-sufficient with outstanding interpersonal skills. Adaptable mindset with a readiness to embrace change. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proactive in assessing business and human resource needs. Ability to inspire and develop team members. Strong communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Required proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
