Role Overview
Vacheron Constantin is seeking enthusiastic candidates for the Boutique Manager position, responsible for leading our boutique operations. As a representative of the brand, you will oversee the boutique's performance and profitability by managing the team and ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance & Achievement
Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators, including monthly and annual sales targets as set by management. Develop dynamic annual action plans to achieve sales objectives for the brand, boutique, and product categories, adjusting as necessary. Monitor boutique performance metrics and devise strategies to enhance profitability. Set and track individual sales targets for team members, providing regular feedback and support.Client Relationship Management
Deliver exceptional client service to drive sales growth. Address and resolve escalated client concerns effectively. Generate and implement innovative business development strategies through networking and event planning, collaborating with corporate teams for optimal results. Organize and manage boutique events with support from headquarters to attract new clients and enhance brand visibility.Team Leadership & Development
Recruit and build a talent pipeline with suitable profiles. Inspire and support boutique staff to achieve their performance objectives. Oversee performance management processes, ensuring employee development and engagement.Boutique Operations & Compliance
Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures for both the team and yourself. Assist with annual inventory audits as required. Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual reports, providing strategic insights and action plans to exceed goals. Manage boutique expenses and ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines. Address maintenance issues to uphold brand standards, managing repair budgets in collaboration with corporate teams.Qualifications
A college degree is preferred. A minimum of five years of management experience in luxury retail is required. Experience in public relations events and networking is highly desirable. Strong analytical and technical skills are essential. Familiarity with SAP is a plus. Additional language proficiency is advantageous. Ability to motivate and develop team members is crucial. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.Vacheron Constantin offers a competitive compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
