Job Summary

Vacheron Constantin is seeking a dynamic and experienced Luxury Boutique Manager to lead our boutique team and drive sales growth. As an Ambassador of our brand, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing boutique performance and profitability by managing the team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Boutique Performance & Sales Achievement
    • Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets, as directed by management.
    • Develop and implement annual action plans to achieve sales targets, monitoring and adjusting as needed.
    • Monitor boutique KPIs and build strategies to optimize performance and profitability.
    • Set, monitor, and track sales associate individual targets, providing feedback as needed.
  • Client Relationship & Portfolio Development
    • Provide exceptional client service to support sales growth.
    • Resolve escalated client issues and concerns.
    • Develop and manage new business development ideas through networking and event planning, resulting in significant ROI.
    • Create and manage events in the boutique to develop new clients, drive sales, and enhance brand presence.
  • Team Management & People Development
    • Recruit and build a talent pipeline.
    • Motivate and support boutique staff to achieve performance goals.
    • Drive performance and compensation management processes, ensuring people development and engagement.
  • Boutique Operations & Administration
    • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
    • Support annual store inventories and audits.
    • Oversee and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports, providing strategic analysis and action plans.
    • Manage T&E and boutique expenses.
    • Lead maintenance matters to ensure the boutique meets brand standards.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years prior management experience and background in luxury product sales required.
  • Experience with PR events and networking strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and computer skills required.
  • Experience with SAP desired.
  • Additional language skills a plus.
  • Ability to motivate, cultivate, and develop team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.
