Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Luxury Boutique Manager to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our boutique, including associates, merchandise, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Promotion: Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and promote the Delvaux brand to clients and partners.
  • Team Management: Identify, recruit, develop, and retain top talent, and create a high-performance culture within the team.
  • Operations: Ensure effective utilization of POS systems, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of housekeeping and organization.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support sales associates with after-sales service issues.
  • Store Visuals: Maintain visual merchandising standards and store condition as set forth by corporate visual department.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of successful previous experience in a managerial role within the luxury field.
  • Entrepreneur with experience of people management, coaching a team to build a high-performance culture.
  • Operationally strong, able to translate strategies into operational plans.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Commercially Minded with an extensive understanding of the Luxury Market with a strong background within Client Development and recruitment.
