About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Graduate Admissions and Recruitment Strategist to join our team at the Department of Computer Science. Reporting to the Associate Director, Graduate Academic Services, you will play a key role in ensuring that our admission operations and recruitment initiatives align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and inform admissions projections and planning activities
  • Develop plans that support recruitment strategies and identify potential target markets
  • Present student recruitment presentations and provide exceptional liaison services to service providers
  • Ensure the efficient delivery of technical and administrative support, troubleshooting issues, and exploring customizations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience. You should also have demonstrated experience reviewing domestic and international graduate admission applications, assessing and advising prospective students on admissions and academic requirements.

What We Offer

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, pursuant to the University policies and guidelines. The estimated salary for this position is $79,874 - $102,147 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
