Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator

About the Role:
The University of Toronto's Faculty of Law is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and admitting top talent to our graduate programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting data analysis to inform recruitment strategies and plans
- Conceptualizing and executing event activities to engage with prospective students
- Delivering presentations to showcase our programs and services
- Fostering relationships with prospective students, faculty, and staff
- Maintaining digital platforms and ensuring accurate information
- Providing detailed information on admission requirements and program eligibility
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum four years of recent experience in graduate and/or executive student recruitment and admissions
- Demonstrated experience building relationships with prospective applicants, employers, and students
- Experience designing and delivering recruitment events and presentations
- Experience analyzing and drawing inferences from recruitment and admissions data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
