About the Role:

The University of Toronto's Faculty of Law is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment and Admissions Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and admitting top talent to our graduate programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting data analysis to inform recruitment strategies and plans
  • Conceptualizing and executing event activities to engage with prospective students
  • Delivering presentations to showcase our programs and services
  • Fostering relationships with prospective students, faculty, and staff
  • Maintaining digital platforms and ensuring accurate information
  • Providing detailed information on admission requirements and program eligibility

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum four years of recent experience in graduate and/or executive student recruitment and admissions
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships with prospective applicants, employers, and students
  • Experience designing and delivering recruitment events and presentations
  • Experience analyzing and drawing inferences from recruitment and admissions data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
