In terms of technical expertise, proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook, etc.) is essential. Familiarity with SalesForce and experience working in a contact centre, insurance, or group benefits environment are considered assets.

A successful candidate will possess problem-solving skills, excel in fast-paced environments, and demonstrate a willingness to continuously learn and stay updated through support documents.

This role requires strong research skills, meticulousness, and the ability to multitask using various administrative systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients in both English and French
  • Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Developing and implementing effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingualism in French and English (read/write/speak)
  • 2-4 years of customer service-related experience
  • Technical skills in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with SalesForce

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a contact centre, insurance, or group benefits environment
  • Background in Group Benefits
  • Previous experience in a similar role

Education:

A High School Diploma is the minimum requirement. A University or College degree is considered an asset but not necessary.
