At goeasy, we are seeking a Multilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team in delivering exceptional service to our customers across Canada.

This role involves assisting LendCare customers with any questions and support regarding their personal loans. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide top-notch service and ensure that our customers receive a superior experience during every interaction.

The ideal candidate will have a customer service background and enjoy working in a professional team environment. They will be fluent in English and French and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service to ensure a superior customer experience
  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services and products
  • Take accountability for solving issues from beginning to end

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and French
  • 1-year experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
  • Financial services background is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Working Conditions:

We are looking for candidates who can work full-time in our Pickering, ON head office or downtown Montreal office. A typical shift would be 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM/11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
