Your key responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless communication between clients, advisors, and internal teams
- Provide top-notch customer service through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email
- Analyze client accounts to prepare for activities that support wealth advisors in their business development
- Diligently process transactions related to investment accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files
- Coordinate advisors' schedules, arrange meetings, and prepare client materials
- Adhere to compliance and risk management guidelines

Requirements:
- College diploma in a related field
- At least one year of relevant experience in banking operations, customer service, or administration
