About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Mail Order Mystery. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our office, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
    • Pack items for shipping and distribution.
  • Office Operations
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.
    • Efficient interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Proficient in Google Drive, Google Docs, and Shopify.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
