Business Development Director for Canadian Client Portfolio

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our Professional Services sales and delivery across a portfolio of cross-industry customers in Canada.

As a key member of the Salesforce Professional Services team, you will be responsible for running and continually improving governance, quality assurance, and oversight of all projects in the professional services portfolio. You will also champion executive relationships and serve as the executive sponsor when required.

You will gain a deep understanding of our customers and help them realize their business value by working closely with our ecosystem of Salesforce consulting partners, Employee Success Teams, Enablement and Training teams, and Product Management and Development Teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of work experience with deep industry expertise and strong technical acumen. You will have shown success at leading transformational projects and be able to operate effectively with C-level executives. Additionally, you will possess exceptional relationship-building skills and be fluent in English (bilingualism in French is an asset).

This role offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience. You will be based in one of our Canadian locations (Toronto or Montreal) and will have opportunities to collaborate with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering innovative solutions to customers.
