Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Compliance Mentorz Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train other workers to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to enhance productivity.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Front Desk Duties: Greet clients, direct them to contacts or service areas, and set up manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Document Management: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.

Work Environment: Permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour workweek.

Language: English.
