As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information for reporting purposes
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform data entry tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset
- Ability to work on-site, with no option for remote work
