Job Summary:

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Lethbridge. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used whole goods product within a designated sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell new and used whole goods product within the designated sales territory, focusing on the sale of John Deere construction and forestry equipment, Soil Compactors, and other associated manufacturer's lines.
  • Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and equipment, providing expert advice to customers and driving sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and promotion strategies to drive sales growth within the territory.
  • Prepare and deliver customer status reports, including sales call activity, closing, follow-up, and prospect reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts, driving sales growth and revenue.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Ability to obtain or have a valid passport, with a willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • A recent driver's abstract will be required, with a valid driver's license.
