About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Select People Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve market share.
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and customer service.
    • Ensure that all sales and customer service processes are efficient and effective.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and operations management.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
