Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at the Government of Canada - Central. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
