Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza Restaurant and Sports Bar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, providing coaching and training as needed.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Outlook.
