About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team in providing exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and developing strategic partnerships within the community. You will mentor and develop your team members to improve their advice-giving skills and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Mentor and coach team members on advice-giving strategies to improve customer relationships and loyalty.
  2. Promote TD's image and reputation by participating in local events and initiatives.
  3. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  4. Oversee branch administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with TD's policies.
  5. Manage employee scheduling and ensure optimal branch operations.
  6. Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters productivity, innovation, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or over 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Completion of Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) and IFIC or CSC Course.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and develop business strategies.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in software tools, including MS Office and internet applications.
