Job Title: Supervisor, Customer Service Clerks

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supervisor, Customer Service Clerks to join our team at Honest Cleaning Ltd. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service clerks and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service clerks to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of work to ensure quality service
  • Identify workers' training needs and provide training to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent service
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure that team members are meeting their performance goals
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to ensure that you understand the day-to-day operations of the team
  • Recruit and hire staff to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to provide excellent service
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Dependability
  • Excellent oral communication
  • Organized
  • Team player
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of customer service clerks. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to work under pressure.
