We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Synergy Pharmaplus Ltd.
Job Summary:The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales, and team leadership, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales operations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer feedback.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
The Customer Service Supervisor will work in a retail service establishment in a rural area, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and sales performance.
