Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Synergy Pharmaplus Ltd. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales teams, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory
  • Establish work schedules and supervise office and volunteer staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:
