Job Summary:

The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. This role will involve supervising and coordinating the activities of the customer service team, managing cash and overseeing payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of customer service representatives
  • Manage cash and oversee payroll administration
  • Establish work schedules and assign sales workers to duties
  • Authorize payments by cheque and order merchandise
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Conduct performance reviews and supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Supervisor will work in a retail store environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
