Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Alberta Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity with 35-40 hours of work per week. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including free parking. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Establishing priorities and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Carrying out administrative activities related to establishing work priorities;
  • Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records;
  • Overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Fast-paced environment experience;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
  • A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Windows;
  • Strong time management and reliability skills;
