Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Connecting Dots - Innisfail. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and efficient
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Flexibility and organized
  • Ability to work in a rural area
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a rural area with limited public transportation options.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Term

This is a permanent position.
