Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hegzgroup Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
