About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team at Hegzgroup Inc.

Job Summary:

The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating projects and events, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects and events from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
