Regional On Premise Business Development Manager

As the Regional On Premise Business Development Manager at Red Bull Canada, you will be responsible for leading the On Premise team in the Central region to achieve business plan objectives. This involves managing and optimizing resources, training and developing team members, and collaborating with distributors to optimize the route to market.

Assume and live the Red Bull On Premise Culture, creating “kindred spirits” while being a brand ambassador to the Musketeers and On Premise network.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing territory and team to drive horizontal and vertical growth
- Continuously searching for new business opportunities and optimizing route planning
- Engaging with customers in a professional Red Bull manner to build and strengthen business relationships
- Developing and implementing incentives and activities for key customers
- Allocating resources to achieve the highest return on investment and improving the $/Case spending
Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions with the team, coaching and leading Musketeers, and developing individual Musketeer targets to ensure regional KPI achievement.
Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience with a strong history of success, and 2+ years of management experience. Strong analytical skills and ability to negotiate successfully. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
