Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to customers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Hire and develop food service staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to relocate.
