Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at KFC - Taco Bell. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, train them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customer complaints, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Operational Efficiency: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
