Key Responsibilities

  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that team members are meeting their full potential.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory levels are accurate and that we are minimizing waste.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve restaurant performance.
  • Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that we have adequate coverage during peak periods and that our team members are able to take breaks and time off as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment, with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and team player.
Working Conditions

As a Shift Manager at Wendy's Restaurants, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as well as weekends and holidays.
