Job Description

The Help Desk Technician will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks
  • Responding to user inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
  • Researching and implementing solutions using user guides, technical manuals, and other documents
  • Collaborating with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues

In addition, the ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of device drivers, networking software, and hardware, as well as basic security clearance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
