Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen Wesco's competitive position.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions to drive growth and expansion.
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and customer needs to inform business development strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Manage a team of business development professionals to ensure effective execution of business development strategies and achieve revenue growth targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers, to drive business growth and expansion.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform business development strategies and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.
