Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen Wesco's competitive position.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions to drive growth and expansion.
  3. Analyze financial data, market trends, and customer needs to inform business development strategies and drive revenue growth.
  4. Manage a team of business development professionals to ensure effective execution of business development strategies and achieve revenue growth targets.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers, to drive business growth and expansion.
  6. Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform business development strategies and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  2. 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  3. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  5. Strong business acumen and knowledge of industry trends and market conditions.
