About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure effective execution of sales plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • College/CEGEP degree and 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field
