About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through effective sales operations management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including setting sales targets and monitoring progress.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop plans to address any issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
