Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through effective sales operations management.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including setting sales targets and monitoring progress.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales operations management, preferably in the food service industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and experience with sales operations software and systems.
