About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability through effective sales operations management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources: Manage the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Establish departments: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Set objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select senior staff: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Establish controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail: Possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication: Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills and be able to effectively represent the organization.
  • Team player: Be a team player and able to work collaboratively with senior staff and other stakeholders.
Work Environment
  • Work hours: Work 35 hours per week.
  • Language: Work in English.
  • Duration: Permanent position.
