About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 10374687 Canada Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning customers.

Chef Supervision

Lead and supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Quality Control

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Staff Training and Development

Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and presented in a visually appealing manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

At least 1 year of experience as a cook or in a related role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to stand for extended periods is required.
