About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 10374687 Canada Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
