Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal kitchen operations.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
Requirements
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
  • Reliability and strong teamwork skills.
Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide excellent food service to our customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
